BTL 23 La Crescent
This vintage of La Crescent needs a few minutes of aeration to give the nose time to open up, allowing the aromas to pop more vibrantly. We primarily smell quince, Mandarin orange and ripe pineapple, with hints of lemonade on wet stone and saffron. The palate gives way to notes of ripe pineapple, lemon-lime, orange and green apple. It has medium acidity which gives the wine a fuller feeling in your mouth.
