2017 Medium Sweet Riesling
Winemakers Notes:
Every vintage provides challenges and the 2017 had its own in the sense that it felt like the rain was never going to let up. Luckily October rains gave way to some late season sun that allowed the Riesling to hang a bit longer and dry out. We chose to make a Medium Sweet style Riesling in this vintage to really showcase a beautiful white wine that highlights the varietal characteristics of apples, pears and peaches.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of apples, pears and peaches. Just enough sweetness that it helps round out the touch of acidity on the finish.
